EASY PUMPKIN SOUP (Digestion & Lymphatic System)

Ingredients:

3 cups water or vegetable broth
2 butternut squash or 2 kabocha squash, peeled and chopped
1 large sweet potato, chopped
Optional toppings: roasted pumpkin seeds, black pepper

Instructions:

Add liquid, squash, and sweet potato to a pot. Let simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are soft. Blend until smooth and creamy. Top with roasted pumpkin seeds and black pepper if desired.
